We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
How to Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store’s menu or visit our Returns Page.

Log in to your account by entering your email address and verifying the six-digit code sent to your inbox.

Select “Request return” for the order you wish to return.

Choose the item(s), specify the reason for return, and add any notes.

Submit your request.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions. After your item is received and inspected, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed.

After 30 Days
If it has been more than 30 days since delivery, we cannot issue a refund. However, we may offer a replacement if the product is found to be faulty or defective.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback before contacting us voids eligibility for a refund under this policy. Please reach out to our support team first. We’re committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
